There are contraindications which are: if you have any of the following conditions DO NOT participate in Colon Hydrotherapy (Colonics): Anal Fissure/Fistula (a tear in the colon), Aneurysm, Cardiac Disease (severe, uncontrolled hypertension or congestive heart failure), Cirrhosis, Colitis (acute), Colon Cancer, Colon Surgery (Last 6 weeks), Colostomy, Advanced Crohn’s disease (acute inflammatory or bleeding stages), Intracranial Hypertension, Rectal Bleeding (other than minor hemorrhoids), Hernia (abdominal/inguinal), Kidney Dialysis, Pregnancy, Kidney Failure, Tumor in the Rectum or Colon, Ulcerative Colitis (active or bleeding).
Contraindications for ozone therapy: blood-clotting disorders, including hemophilia, constant consumption of anticoagulants, anemia, conditions after hemorrhage and hemorrhagic tendency, convulsions, mental diseases in the acute stage, hyperfunction of thyroid, poorly controlled diabetes, terminal states, intolerance (Sensitivity to Ozone).
